Ycs Computers CIC is a social enterprise and a commmunity interest company since 2003. We collect and recycle computers, laptops, mobile phones and any IT equipment from businesses, schools, colleges and universities. Recycle equipment are taken to our purpose designed skills centre for IT where the equipment is wiped to WEEE and military standards by our staff. As a community interest company some refurbished equipment are either donated or sold off at charity prices to our local community. We occassionally donate refurbished computers to charities in the uk and overseas.

Recycling computers means vital training to Ycs Computers CIC. Our skills centre is design purposely to give vital training and practical hands-on computer technician training to aspiring IT technicians. We provide training to the Ministry of defense service leavers from the career transition partnership. Ycs Skills Centre is a preferred supplier to the MOD. We offer free government funded apprenticeships training to 16 - 18 year olds who are not in college or any formal education. We teamed up with the Job Centre Plus to work with NEET and Job Seekers from various job centres in leeds for work placement. Ycs Computers is a preferred supplier to many organisations like the MOD,West Yorkshire Probation Services, Ground Work, Path Yorkshire etc; just to mention a few.
